    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;To wrap up this thread, I have changed banks, now using PNC Bank and just paid my rent and utility bill through their online bill pay system.&amp;nbsp; Worked like a charm.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;Also set up Popmoney (Zelle) and already exchanged a small amount with my girls just to make sure it works.&amp;nbsp; It does!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;Nightmare is over.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;Thank you all for your many supportive comments and recommendations.&amp;nbsp; As always, I appreciate you so much.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>OK . . . need the experts for this one</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;I pay my bills online on my bank's website.&amp;nbsp; They recently changed the whole program, concentrating on iPhones, iPads, and "apps."&amp;nbsp; I guess they have forgotten that many folks still use computers.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;I have been trying for weeks to get on the site in order to pay my bills.&amp;nbsp; I cannot log in and they cannot get it to work for me no matter how many usernames and passwords we try.&amp;nbsp; They are blaming it on my system, as I am still using IE 7 as my browser.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;They are recommending that I change my browser to Google Chrome, however, when I temporarily did that, it still did not work.&amp;nbsp; Over the weeks, I have talked to at least ten of the techs for hours at a time.&amp;nbsp; I asked to speak with a programmer and they do not have them available.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;I am thinking the only thing I can do is to change to&amp;nbsp;a bank that still has a&amp;nbsp;site that will accept my system.&amp;nbsp; I cannot go back to writing checks and mailing bills every month since I have a hard time writing these days with my disfigured fingers.&amp;nbsp; My ergonomic keyboard allows me to still be able to type.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;Any suggestions?&amp;nbsp; Or do I have to change my whole system?&amp;nbsp; I am reluctant to do that for just one program .&amp;nbsp;. . however, it is an important program.&amp;nbsp; None of the techs I spoke with had any idea what I should change anyway (other than the browser which I would do if it had worked).&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;TIA&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;the most current version of IE is 11, so you might want to update to that, to begin with.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;in the mean time , clean out cookies/history etc&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I actually like Chrome as IE is just graphics heavy and other junk&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;try this and come back&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

When something goes wrong with our Miscrosoft SharePoint stuff, some of their guys recommend we check it in Chrome. I worked with a Microsoft trainer while we rolled SharePoint out at my company and he used Crome for everything.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If yes what is the error message you get.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On their sign in page I see where it talks about clearing your cache but if you used a new browser that would have fixed that problem I think.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'd flip out if I couldn't get into my account. Sorry this is such a headache for you. Definitely have one of your daughters try through the phone browser or with the app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With all the trouble I wonder if your username and passowrd need to be updated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
