But I can't help but think that my 4 yr old Phillips can't be a total loss. Weeks before it actually went out for good, we had to hit the on button several times before it would come on and stay on. Then, a couple of weeks ago, the power went out from the rain and that did it....hasn't been on since, except fo that darn flashing red light.</P> <P>I went on Youtube and some say that it's a simple solution of changing something in the power board. I'm wondering if it would be worth it to take it to be repaired. Also, there is a slight grayish blemish on part of the screen, hardly noticeable though.
