I connected a My Passport for Mac external hard drive to my iMac, open iPhoto, Finder and was able to drag and drop pictures to the external drive. I guess the difficulty I was having is because the other drives are formatted or otherwise designed for Windows based computers. The My Passport is actually a drive for my sister and I will buy one for me if I have to do that. If I consolidate the information on the external drives, it there a way to format one of them to use with my iMac?
