      <title>Impossible to call Premier PC Support</title>

      <description>&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;My computer was hacked and I lost access to Prmier PC Support. I can't contact them online because when I go to supportmefirst.com, I get a screen that tells me that my account has been suspended. I have been on hold today for 11 1/2 hrs. I was #11 in the cue when I started and am now #4. Twice today, I was bumped back a number. The on air presentations make it look easy to get help. Last night I was on hold 7 hrs and had to hang up. So far QVC has been no help. Does anyone know how I can contact Premier PC? I can't believe QVC would allow a company like this to partner with their products.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;To be brutally honest, most tech support isn't worth the time and effort. They nearly all work off of scripts and if your problem isn't on the script, they can't fix it. If your problem is on the script then it's a common problem and you can find the answer online by simply Googling the issue. If you can't find a solution online then post the problem to a forum (there are lots of support forums out there including this one) and you'll get an answer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Exactly!!!!&amp;nbsp; I have done the same thing!&amp;nbsp; I called today to check again and I was "caller number 23".&amp;nbsp; A few weeks ago I got online help, the person said I had malware and so I asked why trend micro had not stopped it... got a weird answer, but purchased MalwareBytes from them to fix it.&amp;nbsp; The problem was not fixed, my contact was dropped, and the next hour the Account Suspended showed up on their webpages.&amp;nbsp; I immediately contacted my credit card and cancelled the MalwareBytes and put an alert on the card.&amp;nbsp; I sent QVC an email and am waiting for a response.&amp;nbsp; Feeling ripped off.&amp;nbsp; I need real tech support, as per what I paid for when I purchased the laptop.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;And this is why I'd &lt;STRONG&gt;never&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;buy a computer from Q! &amp;nbsp;They bundle and promise so much cr#p (which you are paying for needlessly).&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;when Apple products first appeared on Q I was "tempted" to buy IPad because of &lt;STRONG&gt;all the extras &amp;amp; technical support service contract.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I called Apple directly (customer service) and I learned a very important thing: the technical support they offer is a 3rd party and not affiliated at all with AppleCare. &amp;nbsp;Therefore, I didn't buy plus I told the Apple rep what "bundle" and series Q was offering. &amp;nbsp;Turned out what they were offering &lt;STRONG&gt;was not &lt;/STRONG&gt;the newest version &amp;amp; 1/2 those things I wouldn't need.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;in addition, I've learned a lot from the tech savvy posters here -- so thanks for always "warning us" less tech savvy Q shoppers!!!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I bought all my Apple products directly at Apple &amp;amp; they do have a great financing program (no interest in some instances) if you're interested!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Premier is by far the worst of the worst in tech support. They have had a lot of bad reviews on you tube and I heard about&amp;nbsp; people complaining on these forums about them. I would never order any device on a shopping channel. They are older models and there software is not needed in most cases. Always go with the source and do your research and know what you want and need. That is my advice.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was having the same problem.&amp;nbsp; I called QVC customer service and they said the company went out of business.&amp;nbsp; They are now using another company called Tech Live Connect but they (QVC) have to register you.&amp;nbsp; They said someone will be calling me within 5 days.&amp;nbsp; We will see. I suggest you call QVC customer service as well.&amp;nbsp; We need to put pressurer on them (QVC) for selling a product that is not working.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
