I bought my Dell Inspiron in January of this year and one of the features was that it had a preinstalled McAffee protection as one of the softwares included in the QVC price. I am getting messages saying I do not have any protection and would I like to purchase McAffee protection. Does anyone know or have had the same problem? I have no idea if I have protection or not. Please help!
