topic Dell Customer Support in Electronics

The other day I wrote in and asked for help regarding my iTunes.

As suggested, I called iTunes and they removed the old program and placed a new iTunes in my computer.

I had had problems with connecting to my server and had called Dell the prior night, it took over 4 hours to resolve that problem. The next day was when I found my Apple product unusable.

Apple reinstates everything and now I cannot again get on the server.

I call Dell this morning at 9:30 and just finished at 1:30. I found that things I purchased on Thursday were not in the computer: I also had been given wrong information, that the key code would be in my mail. When I called Dell, the tech finds it in my account....at Dell downloads.

This just never stopped....he finally said that he thinks I need a new computer, and I said where is my System Mechanic??? The Norton was removed this morning because they thought I cldn't reach my server. The new tech put it back!?

I am rambling and possibly insane at this moment.....I am always nice to service people since I spent years in retail management dealing with beserkos and I admit when I spoke to the supervisor I suggested that only every 5th person at Dell Support knows what they are doing.....and I actually filed a complaint about the noodnik on Thursday. This is very unlike me.

A friend of mine had said 'Buy Apple next time....' Ya think? I could at least go into Manhattan and those people DO the job.
