    <description>&lt;P&gt; within the last 2 ewwks I have been getting the BOS witha physical memory dump. ran all scans and  are negative&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;what else can I do to try and  fix this problem or to find out what is causing it. no new software or  anything added.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; windows XP&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;dian&lt;/P&gt;</description>
