I so wish I had know the laptop would be shipped from china, I would not have ordered. Is everyones stuck in customs? Thanks

Unless you have a computer built by a local company, they all come from China. Next time, go to a local electronics store and buy a computer you can bring home the same day.

I have ordered each of my Apple devices directly from Apple. Each was shipped directly from China. NO problem.

Well excuse me. I've ordered laptops from qvc before and they've come from an qvc warehouse

How do you think they get to the warehouse? They come from China. Apparently, QVC is eliminating a step and having the delivery come directly to you. As I posted, if you don't want to wait for a computer or anything else you buy, go to a brick and morter store, buy it and take it home the same day. I have very little patience with first time posters or second time posters complaining about QVC. It's alomost 100% trolls trying to stir the pot.

Wow you really need more to do with your life if someone posting about a problem they are having affects you at all. For the record I am not new I've been ordering from qvc for over 16 years. Plus I think you are the trool here. By the way my laptop is still stuck. Bless your heart and have a nice day.

To glb613...Wow, I come on here to see if people are having the same issues or are pleased with a product I'm interested in. Respected contributor?? What exactly is respectable about you? Your posts can also be interrupted as being a troll or having too much time on your hands, no one asked you to respond, you made a conscious decision to join the discussion on this topic and not be helpful. You should ask yourself if you felt better after that and if your answer is yes, you are the troll! I don't care what comment you have for me, I'll turn the page and not look back it's only trolls that wait for the next response! Get a life, QVC doesn't just survive on your purchases or reviews alone!

To the original poster I too have the same issues, I believe it will be worth the wait.

I also purchased this computer and it is the most disappointing purchase I have ever made from QVC. First of all, I was notified the shipment was delayed. That was fine. No problem. When the computer arrived I had not yet received Platinum Essentials for Download packet. I figured it would be arriving within a few days. When it didn't, I called QVC and the customer service agent took down the information, told me she would send a message to the company and I would get a call back in 48 hours. She also provided me a phone number to the company in case I wanted to check myself. When I didn't hear back from QVC I called. Their customer service agent informed me the company was in receivership (bankruptcy) and packets were no longer being mailed out. She said she would email me the pages but she never did! I think it was a way to pacify me and end the phone call. I called QVC a 2nd time October 31, 2017 and the customer service agent informed me this company was in the middle of changing owenship, the packets were mailed out October 25, 2017 and I would be receiving mine within a few days. Today, November 9, 2017 still no packet! I made my 3rd phone call to QVC this morning and was informed the packets will be mailed out in 3 weeks and if the customer was not satisfied they could return the computer for a full refund. Who's to say after waiting another 3 weeks there will be another delay. The computer was a great buy but all this aggrevation has been frustrating and I will be wrapping the computer up and returning it.I think QVC should issue everyone a $15.00 credit, the cost of the PC Mover to go out and purchase on our own. But, I'm done trying to order a computer from QVC. I will go to a big box store, pay a little more and receive everything I need at the time of purchase.

I agree with Janet on the frustration on not receiving the software packet. Today for Black Friday there is an HP laptop with additional software included. With being kept in the dark on the software for the TSV October, I would think QVC would stand behind the product and ship out something comparable. Of the decades I have been ordering from

QVC, It’s hard for me to believe they would let this issue of not receiving the software affect their customers.. very disappointed..
