It said it was windows and I should call a number. I shut down my computer and then turned on and did a scan with webroot. I then thought I would chat with a webroot agent and they ask for my phone number to dectect and diagonised any problem. I wasn't sure what to do so I just exit out. It said it removed 8 threats. Is that normal for them to ask for a number it was throgh best buy where I purchase everything.
