I sent a Starbucks eGift to my friend's email and got an email from Starbucks that the e-card was delivered. However, my friend never received it, and the e-card was never "viewed". I sent an email to my friend's email address and it worked okay.

Does anyone have the similar experience that the Starbucks eGift lost in cyber space? What did you do to get the e-card back? TIA.
