    <description>&lt;P&gt;I can't believe it !!  E-mail is NOT working for Cox customers.  Not just Cox email but all emails !!&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;My Cox email, Incredimail, Outlook Express, NONE of them are working.  You can surf the internet with no problem, but NO email.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;They are showing updates on the Cox home page and of course they are sorry.  Its been down for 2 days and they don't think it will be fixed today.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I feel sorry for the reps answering phone at Cox.  Probably have a message though telling everyone of the problem before they get to a rep, hopefully.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;One of my computers has Incredimail email and the other has Cox email, neither is working.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;They claim no personal information from your computer has been breached&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I hope NOT.  I pay most of my bills on-line.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;</description>
