      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#800080" size="3"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;It's possible the Roomba is not coming from Q's stock warehouse but from the manufacturer instead.&amp;nbsp; That always causes the long &lt;EM&gt;"In Process"&lt;/EM&gt; notices.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#800080" size="3"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I wouldn't cancel just yet.&amp;nbsp; You can always &lt;U&gt;call&lt;/U&gt; CS for an &lt;EM&gt;"update."&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
