LG 51AL Tracfone camera slow

Thanks to this board, I downloaded the tutorial when I got this phone about a year ago and you all were such a help. Thanks for that

But I have a "problem" that I cannot seem to get answers for- When i press the camera button to shoot a photo, there is a long lag time before it actually shoots the photo..i cannot find out how to re-set this..

On my Ipad, the camera shoots immediatelly so I have something to compare it to..Its aproblem because taking pics of the kids, well, they move pretty quickly!

Also, anyone know what i need to ask for to add memory to this one? i hate to sound stupid when i go ask, so I would like an idea, if anyone has done this..

I have this same phone and my only disappointment is the camera. It's not a clear picture and I can't send pictures. Otherwise, it's my first Tracfone and I love it.

Does your shutter flash as soon as you press it, or does it seems to take a little while?

Though the pictures are not as great as my IPad, I think they are fine..except when I move the camera because I think it shouldhave already "snapped" and it hasnt.

I have no problems sending pictures...in fact it is very easy...

If it has shutter lag, more memory isn't going to help.

Oh, I dont need more memory for the shutter lag, i need more memory caue I cant update my (very few) apps cause it is out of memory!

At least that is what it tells me...
