I bought mine 8/29/2012 and had issues right out of the box. Websites crash, The settings app opens and closes by itself as well as that status bar on the lower right opens and flickers and I do not even have to touch it. The tablet even types by itself like a ghost in the machine so its almost impossible to type in anything. Lately it crashes and reboots on its own and last night it finally died 100% the unit got red hot and had to turn it off. Now I can not turn it on. I called Toshiba and they charge you to ship it even if its under warrantee. In my opinion it needs to be free. The cost is $24.95 which is B.S. Also depending on the issue they will charge you for the phone call to them so have your credit card ready.
