on your pc right click over the wifi icon on the tray. click on troubleshoot problems. it should reset your wifi adapter. Also try unplugging your wifi router , wait 10 seconds then plug it back in. Wait 5 minutes then try getting in again

BUT if your already able to access your email then its most likely not a connection problem on your end. QVC may be having website issues on their end,

My HP won't let me click on an address that is sent to me in an email. At first it said I wasn't connected to the internet, which I was or I wouldn't be receiving my emails. I have rebooted 3x's, no success and went by support assist with no success.

Say if QVC sends me an email for the TSV I can not click on the it to take me to the sight.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Thanks Tucker

We have an HP bought 1.5 yrs ago from QVC. It was the TSV at the time. Since day 1, the blasted space bar sort of "sticks" causing words to run together. Hope that's understandable. Anyway, it was returned to HP for repair which didn't do a thing. We brought it to local repair places, nanda there also. We'really ready to buy another PC because this one drives me nuts. Also, HP has been called many times with no satisfaction. Does anyone have any solutions or suggestions?

You should be able to connect an external keyboard using a USB connector. You need to know how to shut the onboard one down.

In addition to the USB keyboard suggested by another poster, you might be able to use a Bluetooth keyboard as an alternative.

You could probably get the existing keyboard replaced also. Replacement keyboards for laptops typically cost $25-$35 and aren't too tough to replace. Most techs can do the repair in less than an hour. Sometimes getting the keyboard is the biggest challenge if it's a universal problem. There are quite a few places selling replacement laptop parts however and you can typically find videos on YouTube showing you how to replace yours. If you're happy with it other than the sticky key, then simply fixing/replacing the keyboard is likely your best option.
