The part about the CPU not being compatible with Windows 10 was a bit of a giveaway. There was an early glitch in the Windows 10 compatibility tester that indicated some CPU's weren't compatible, but that was fixed last June and updated. The HP laptop mentioned uses the&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;AMD Quad-Core A10-8700P and the only glitch I can find with that and the standard version of Windows 10 (The anniversary edition) is that Windows Task Manager will sometimes read it as only having two cores even though it's a four core processor. (And that's likely been fixed by now.) That didn't affect performance however as all four cores were still active and working.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Now if you're trying to manually install the new Creators update, you'll run into all kinds of problems, but even Microsoft is advising people not to manually install the Creator update at this time due to a number of known issues they're working to resolve. If the Creator update is tried and fails it'll simply roll back to the Windows 10 Anniversary edition, so other than wasting a bit of time there's no real harm.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Creator update will be automatically added to systems once Microsoft irons out the technical issues that have popped up. That may take a few weeks to a few months. If you absolutely have to have the Creator edition installed, there are some tedious workarounds that apparently work for most users and even lets the Creator update run on the&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;AMD Quad-Core A10-8700P CPU. (By the way, this appears to be more of a BIOS issue than a CPU issue anyway, so the CPU is in the clear. The BIOS is on the motherboard.)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Absolutely appalling. Perhaps the Mods will help you resolve this. At the very least you should get a FULL refund. &amp;nbsp;That is deceptive business practice. &amp;nbsp;I am so sorry.. My generous sister bought me the HP TSV that was sold before Christmas. &amp;nbsp;I returned it as several keys were sticking within the first week. &amp;nbsp;I know glitches can happen in any computer. but what was done to yours is not on the " up and up". &amp;nbsp;Is Microsoft certain about this? &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have been a happy customer of QVC for many years and have purchased my computers from them without a problem. I Feel very offended at the person who chose to&amp;nbsp;pushed me aside, I feel sorry for you and if you represent QVC they should take any action that is needed to keep people from representing them.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

That was done at the HP factory and the only way that I found out is that the hard drive records all from the time someone pushes the on &amp;nbsp;button.&lt;EM&gt;Some have a need to be "right" while others just want to be correct.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;EM&gt;"The wheels are turning, but the hamster is dead." &amp;nbsp;this hamster woud bite your head off so I'm not dead yet&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have been a Microsoft Insider for over two years, and was stuck on build 14393 for over 3 months, and was unable to even update.
