? About anti-virus and malware program

If I'm using Mcafee total protection can I also run malwarebytes also? Is there another malware program that would work better with the Mcafee program?

I am using windows 10 on my pc.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I now use webroot an dgot rid of mccafee. Its completely cloud based so your pc will never freeze when it runs. I also have spybot search and destroy which is free

Yes, Malwarebytes is not an antivirus program. You can run multiple anti-malware programs but not muliple antivirus programs.

I have McAfee Total Protection and run Malwarebytes with no problem.

Thank you for all the responses. Have run the free malwarebytes download and am hoping it takes care of a problem we had.
