https://community.qvc.com/t5/Electronics/Toshiba-or-HP/m-p/270170#M3921 <P>My old Dell lap is starting to fizzle- I've replaced the battery, and two charger/adapters already and I don't want to put anymore into this- So, being the better time of year and before windows 8 is on EVERYTHING- which I understand practically no-one seems to like except the vendor ( and of course the hosts HAVE to be excited) but everything I'm reading says Windows 8 is the new"VISTA or ME" which I promptly replaced on this one as soon as I could! - So between Toshiba's ( which still is offering Windows7--- and the Hp which is only being shown with 8--- how do you weigh in? ( The upcoming HP tsv looks interesting but for the windows 8 again- wish you could get it and backtrack to the 7 version but I'm sure the programs and drivers wouldn't work then.
