QVC App on Roku not Working

I get a message that says:

"Carousel Request Failed. Service Unavailable"

At the bottom of the page, it says:

"There are currently no live channels.

Please check back at a later time."

Anyone else having an issue?

Yes, I had the same problem this morning. I haven't checked back to see if it's fixed.

I thought there was only that pre-recorded QVC channel on Roku - QVC Plus, I believe?

Is there another one now? If so, I need to add it to my channels. TIA

They have always had a Live QVC and QVC plus. A short time ago they added a new interactive Roku app that has QVC Live, QVC Plus, and Beauty IQ. You will also be able to see some limited previously recorded shows like ITKWD and a few others.

Thank You very much for that information. For some reason I thought they just had that pre-recorded QVC Plus. I shall search my Roku3 for more stuff.
