twice, Chrome has automatically updated and afterwards my sign-ins would not work any more. Has this happened to anyone else?

Anyone have any suggestions? The updates are automatic. We were gone shopping, returned and could not sign in to Amazon!

I have this problem with Chrome sometimes. I am not able to open the program. I am using Window 8.1. The winsock needs to be reset.

I accidentally got Chrome.......(opened something that required it, and I didn't check the "NO".) It took over my whole computer and I had a very hard time getting rid of it.
