Tracfone and credit card question

I bought the last QVC LG smart phone,love it. I always just bought the card refill with my old tracfone. Have any of you Tracfone users bought time or texts with your credit card through the phone itself? The 1000 texts for $5 seems so great. Using my credit card through the phone makes me nervous,but I do it with my landline so maybe I shouldn't be?

I bought more text through the website. I wouldn't have a problem doing it through the phone though. You have protection with the credit card.

I purchase mine through the website, but I can't see any reason you'd have a problem doing it through your phone. It's just me - I prefer to do it online! I set up an account way back, when I had one of my first Tracfones and I always log into that and do any transactions.

I have bought data thru the phone and I believe I used paypal. Not 100% sure as it was a few years ago.
