topic More Confused Than Ever Which Tablet To Get in Electronics

I've wanted a tablet for sometime especially an iPad. I've been waiting for the mini iPad to be announced. Now I'm not sure I really want this. It is selling for more money, $329 for the low end model than most other tablets. The Wi-Fi models will ship on November 2 and the LTE will ship at a later time. I don't know which one I want. Also I don't know if I want a 7.9 or a 9.7 inch iPad. If you get the one where you need a data plan do you pay for it monthly or as you use it up? Can I also use it on Wi-Fi when I'm home and not out? I also read that Apple is revamping its full size iPad after only six months after its launch of the new model. I would be really annoyed if I had bought this as something shouldn't be outdated after just six months.
