Order was Cancelled?

Didn't know where to ask this. But I was checking to see when my order for the ID Guard rollers were being shipped and it says Cancelled. I assume they ran out of them? Shouldn't they have sent me an email that it was cancelled? I checked in my email inbox and trash folders and didn't get one.
