Clinique website help! I feel so dumb...

I want to read the reviews on their website. I can't for the life of me find them. I can see how many reviews, but I can't see "how" to read them. I've tried clicking and clicking on the number of reviews and it doesn't work. I've tried it on several products and it doesn't work.

I usually know how to do this. I'm not sure what is wrong. Can anyone help? Thanks!

I know its terrible, I too wanted to give a review on their new perfume Aromatics Black Cherry and theres no where a place to click to comment.

I went to their site & noticed that the site is only showing 2 reviews at the bottom of the page of their products. I purposly selected items that had 50+ reviews.

I am NOT a member so I did not "sign in". Maybe you must have an account to see the rest of the reviews & to make comments?

If you both are "signed in members" have you tried another browser? Contacted Clinique about you website issues? Their contact info is right at the bottom of their website on the left as well as a clickable "HELP" at the top right of their website.

I am on a Mac using FF as my default browser. Tried Safari (my backup browser) & had the same issue. Again, I am NOT a "signed in" member.

I did sign in and I still couldn't see the reviews. I too could only see 2 -5 star reviews at the bottom of the page and there were over 600 reviews of that product.

I'll try another browser and see waht happens.

@Mz iMac@Dinaki Woohoo, I know now. I had to do an online chat with them.

You click on the quick view. There will be a review to the right and under the review is the button click click on the reviews or to leave a review. I'm off to shop now.

I was not selecting quick view because I wanted details about the product.

Hope this helps someone else!

Edit: Now I feel dumb again! I assumed since I saw the "read reviews" that I had found it. NOPE! I click it and get no reviews. That chat lady don't know beans!!! Oh well, I guess forget it. Grrrrr.....

I just now had time to check it out more. What a crappy site!

It is a bold fragrace, it lasts on the skin a long time. I do prefere lightly more the Black Cherry than the plain Black, just because it reminds me of YSL Opium.

Now for the ladies that fancies a lighter fragrace, those two perfumes mentioned above are NOT for you, Elixir Black and Elixir Black Cherry are not those girly scents!

Ladies that sofisticated, young in heart, bold and want a perfume to last a long time, choose Clinique Aromatics in Black or the new one Clinique Aromatics Black Cherry, I have them both!

PS: Their website is horrible, reviews are all gone .

You can now read the reviews again. At least I could yesterday. Did you see that chubby lipstick deal? 20 minis for $49?? I want that really bad. They are 1/3 of the size of the full sized, but you get to try a bunch of colors.

I need them like a hole in the head!

@mima- go to the item you want to read the reviews for. There will be a picture of the item. Under the item picture it says "read reviews". Click on that.
