    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yesterday I reported this when I discovered so many of us are not able to watch the videos.&amp;nbsp; I see today it's the same way.&amp;nbsp; I sure hope they get it fixed soon.&amp;nbsp; This has been going on all week for me.&amp;nbsp; Getting a little frustrated!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I haven't been able to watch QVC videos the last few days. &amp;nbsp;I was beginning to think it was my laptop, but I can watch other sites.&amp;nbsp; Is anyone else having trouble?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was able to watch the videos but I had no sound for several days. That seems to be fixed today. I'm using an iPad.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;10-26-2016&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;STILL video/audio not working. video works a few seconds as does sound, then&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;NO SOUND, video stops(freezes) remains frustrating- no good advice from&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;customer service.&amp;nbsp; Several things have been tried, but IT have failed to respond.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;DOES anyone care about the web site?&amp;nbsp; Why no respone from people who build&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the website?&amp;nbsp; All of the complaints seem to go unheard.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;queen betty&lt;/P&gt;</description>
