    <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#333399"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/35328"&gt;@bargainsgirl﻿&lt;/a&gt;,&amp;nbsp; I just tried viewing 6 or 7 different products with my iMac and I can't duplicate the issues you describe.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Everything's working fine. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; It would help to know your operating system &lt;EM&gt;&lt;U&gt;version number&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/EM&gt; and which browser (and its version).&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I'm using macOS Sierra v. 10.12, and I tried Firefox (v. 49.0), and Chrome (v. 53.0.2785.143), and Safari (v. 10.0). &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; If your software is up-to-date, did you try clearing the browser cookies, cache, then closing it and relaunching it? &amp;nbsp; If all the software is current, perhaps you have a browser addon/extension causing a problem? &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#333399"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; For the sound, specifically, you should be able to click on the sound icon in the lower right portion of the video and you can turn it off, on, or adjust volume.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#333399"&gt;hth!&lt;IMG src="http://yoursmiles.org/msmile/fun/m01102.gif" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Recently I cannot view videos with sound and I cannot enlarge the screen. &amp;nbsp;The size and color charts are in the way! &amp;nbsp;My Flash is updated ...what could be causing this? I have a new MacAir...never had a problem until now.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
