      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm hoping someone can help me, I'm desperate. I just recently updated my IPad with the newest software available. Now all my many bookmarks are gone, my email is gone, and I can't even access Goggle! WTH! Can someone please advise me what to do? I'm not tech savvy so please explain plainly. I'm sorry now I did the update. TIA&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I reboot, I completely shut down the iPad, wait 5 minutes or so, then turn back on. As I said I am not tec savvy, so, I am just trying to help with what has worked for me! Good luck!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
