Today was the second time I've used the Kindle support. Both times were totally easy and successful. First time I called about my first Kindle. No problem cure took five minutes. Tonight my Kindle Fire froze up. I went online to Amazon kindle support. There it was as simple as possible. Took all of twenty seconds. I LOVE AMAZON AND KINDLE. Anyone else have Kindle support stories to tell?
