Window's not genuine?

Unbelievable have had nothing but problems with my 3 month old Pc.

For the past week getting message saying. I maybe a victum of software conterfeiting.

I have clicked on link for Microsoft as directed.

This is what it say's.

To use Microsoft window features get latest updates and receiving product support your product must be validated and genuine.

I have windows 7 came with my hP Pavilion desk top model.

Have entered my product key which i found on side of hard drive tower.

Was not easy to do,as i have my hard-drive low down on desk shelf.

Had to pull it out,and use a manifying glass. Numbers,and letters so small.

I call Hp tech help and is trying to resolve this.

He wanted to take over my computer. Went through all i was directed to.

However link is not working for him to do it.

He is calling back on Monday to try and fix.

What i am worried not sure if he will have to restore backup.

Sorry am a wreck with all this happening.

Am a senior and hard for me. My husband is not well,and he does not use computer.

So here i go again with trying to correct this.
