If I go from Optimum/Verizon to ALL Fios, willI I have to reset all my millions of "saved" passwords, or will the passwords somehow "transfer"?

Changing internet providers has no affect on your passwords!! You're good to go!!

If you get a new email address, you will need to update it on all of your accounts so you will get email at the new address.
