The second digit will be a 3 or 4 and the sixth digit will be a 1, the agency said in a statement.</P> <P>The chemical also can change the color of the rubber grips from black to white.</P> <P>Canon U.S.A. has one report of a customer who got a minor rash after coming in contact with a surface where the camera had been sitting, the statement said.
