Thanks @Marp but it's not the website. It also has a smiley pouring wine. It had about 16 pages of emotions. Some were mostly greenish and weird faces. I never used those.

I lost the website before and found it. this time it's harder. I'm going to save the link in an email to myself. If I ever find it again.
