Comparison Between iphone 4G & Android Captivate - Please Help!

i've had an iphone 3G for 2 years and just qualified for an upgrade. i decided to go w/the android (Samsung Captivate) instead of the iphone 4G b/c i never thought the iphone 3 was that great and i hated having to do the updates and using itunes.

however, i'm told that the iphone 4G has many new features and is way better than both the Android and the 3G.

i've been using the Android for about a week now and i am such a hard time using it and navigating it. thinking now about going back to the iphone 4G.

would love to hear a comparison between the two if anyone can help. one thing i do like about the android is that i can take a picture and with one click (basically) upload it to FB. i use that feature alot...not sure if iphone can do that...i know the 3G can't.
