Ipad Questions??

I have been playing around with my iPad. I downloaded several free games and I notice at the end one of the game, there was a selection of coins. I thought it was the end of the game and I selected to continue and I think they deducted this amount from my iTunes Card.

How can I check the amount I have in my iTunes account? I haven't purchased anything that I know. I have been downloading free apps.

First question is - how do how cancel out this one application without deleting all apps. I held my finger on it and it began shaking along with the rest of the icons. I pushed the "x" to delete and it did, but then I couldn't get the rest to stop shaking and the x marks on the other icons would not go away. I finally was able to open another application and when I went back, the icons finally became normal again. I thought I was going to lose all of them.

Second - it seems when I am in a game, it is difficult to close and go to another application. How is this done? There isn't an "x" to close out.

Third -I also find it is difficult to get back to a site I was in....I was trying to make a reservation at the apple store and all of sudden it jumped into something else and I couldn't find my page again, so I had to start all over. Where is it hiding????

Finally -I need to unlock my iPad often. Is this necessary?
