I recall once getting an email about the iPod app and providing feedback, but alas, I did not keep that email. Does anyone know of a contact for the apps? I called customer service and they suggested I write a letter. LOL</P> <P> </P> <P>Anywho, my big issues, besides the lack of video on product pages like HSN has, are</P> <P>1) for many items I cannot see the other colors or view the alternate photos. Some product pages work properly, most do not.</P> <P>2) both the iPod and iPad apps think I am in the Mountain zone, not the Pacific Time Zone so the schedule is always off by an hour. In addition, the reminders I requested come 3 hours after the show was on.
