Check online to see if your phone is in the camera recall.

I love to use my phone camera, and was getting less than great results with it.

It happened to be part of a recall, and the newly installed camera is DEFINITELY an improvement.

I entered my serial number and it says I'm part of the recall, but my photos are fine most of the time. Does the "fix" involve leaving your phone with Apple to fix? Or is it something where they can fix while you wait in the store?

Strange. I typed a response that disappeared. There was nothing controversial included. ?? I just asked if it was something that they could fix while you wait or if you have to leave it there for a few days. My serial number is included in the recall, but my pictures look ok. May get it fixed anyway just in case. Thanks.

How long did it take to get the camera replaced? Mine is on recall. I looked up where I would have to take mine and the closest place is 100 + miles from me.

It was a couple hours. We walked around the mall and had lunch and it was done.

It makes a big difference to my snapshots.
