      <description>&lt;P&gt;Long story too short.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What's on your frozen screen? Did you try to reboot?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try calling Microsoft to see if they will help you for an arm instead of a couple of legs.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
