Right now, it is an mp3 file on the web site. It will be taken down later today. I was able to do this before a while back, but I didn't write down what I did. The file from a while back is saved as a "Download" under "Favorites" as type "mp3 format sound." When I right click on the name of the file that is currently on the web site, I don't have a "save" or "save as" option. The box only gives properties and "About Adobe Player."
