Before I contacted my internet provider for assistance I attempted to turn on my own firewall, to no avail.</P> <P>I have had a nightmare of problems with virus' and worries about security. The remote access viewer advised me to telephone Microsoft directly for resolution. The number she gave me has been disconnected.</P> <P>Any suggestions <STRONG><EM>other</EM></STRONG> than going through the same route to get another working phone number to Microsoft directly?
