Replacement Laptop Battery

My Dell battery is not taking a full charge anymore. Is there a site that someone has used to buy a battery other than Dell. I read that some of the batteries are not what people list them as. Don't want to buy off ebay. Any suggestions for a reputable site.

I think there is a store called batteries+ don't know if it's just B&M or on line as well. Hope this helps!

I get Anker laptop replacement batteries from Amazon. Great batteries, great price and wonderful customer service.

I bought mine from Dell. Some batteries have been discontinued and Dell has substitutes. There are also recalls.

I bought one off ebay and it really worked well, it was for my HP. Ebay is one of the best places ever to shop, I don't get the problems people have. If you arent happy, Paypal will always help you with a refund, but if you buy from a good seller there shouldnt be a problem at all.

I got one from Amazon, there are tons there.

The Dell ones are very expensive I opted for a much cheaper one, but my laptop was not new and I didn't want to spend $130 on a new battery

I like Amazon as well. I have never had a problem....I have ordered other electronic supplies but not a battery for my laptop, specifically.

I vote for Amazon, but make sure the seller is a high quality one. You can check reviews. Amazon has good customer service and stands behind products sold by qualified sellers.

I ordered my 9 cell battery from Amazon. The seller had a high rating and there was a phone number to call if there is a problem and it has a warranty. I found some on other sites but one is sent from the US and then if you have a problem and have to return it you have to send it to China. I checked reviews on some of the online sites and there were a lot of bad reviews. I have used the one that came with my computer for almost 7 years so I feel it was time for another one. Drained the battery to 0 and then recharged it but it still would only take a 61% charge which seemed to run down pretty fast.

There is a store named Batteries Plus. On the home page there is a store locator and a search box. They have numerous laptop replacement batteries.

I too got an Anker battery from Amazon. Works great and so much cheaper!
