Tracfone screen is unresponsive

I have reset the LG39c several times, but can't get the touchscreen to respond to any taps on it. The volume works and the off button works, but each time, the screen will not do what I ask it to do. Any ideas? I didn't intentionally lock it.

Called Tracfone and they said to take the battery out and put it back in and that did the trick.

That's what I was going to suggest! Glad you got it working.

I frequently had to do that with my Samsung Galaxy 4S.

Like many electronic products the 1st things to try are to:

Reset or reboot if possible

Unplug or remove power completely

Remembering these things when a device quits working can save many a headache and are very simple fixes.
