If the charger gets unplugged it immediately shuts down and will not start up again til plugged in. The battery says it is 100% charged and that it is functioning properly but it absolutely will not run - won't even turn on - on battery alone. DH just spent hundreds getting a virus taken out of this computer and now this is happening. We also just bought a new charger. Can any of you techies give me an idea what may be wrong ?
