Yes, I sure do. There's more scrolling and page turning, but the reading experience is otherwise just fine, and there are times when my iPhone is all I have with me. I love the fact that it syncs the page I'm on so I never have to hunt for my place when I flip from one device to another. But no need to take anyone else's opinions. Just download one of the books you already own on to the iPhone and try it!

I have both -- iPad and iPhone. I do use my iPad for reading almost all the time. However, there have been times when I have been at an appointment and don't have/didn't bring my iPad. In that case I use my iPhone to read. I can sync it to the furthest page read on the iPad or read a different book altogether. Yes, the screen is smaller but it's nice to be able to have something to read while waiting. Hope this helps.

That was the reason why I bought my 6+. The 5 I was using really was too small for me, and when I expanded the font size, I would only get about 2/3 of each line of text in a typical book. I LOVE my 6+, and I'm hoping to use it for a LONG time.

I have read on my iPhone5. I have the 6 now and will read on it on vacation this summer. It's handy because it's always with me, but I prefer to read larger formats--a real book, kindle. The ipad is a little heavy for reading, but it works too.

I have an iphone 5 and an ipad and I agree that taking your ipad back to Apple and having them "reset" back to factory spec is a really good way to save your Pad and virtually start over. It's a great device and buying another one shouldn't be an option. Also, the books I've purchased can also be seen on my iPhone but it really is too small to comfortably enjoy reading. At least for me.

But if your iPad is permanently disabled for any reason, then watch the Q for one of those little notebooks they sell for around $100 (easy pay) because that would be perfect for collecting your books and reading them.

If you have a mac computer, iBooks app is also available, so you can use that to read any of your books on your computer.

I've not read a book on my iPhone. I have the 5. My eyes aren't what they once were. But it is nice to know that I could open iBooks are read if I needed to. I would need to do like another mentioned, adjust the size of the text up, which is very easy to do.

I read on my iPad, mostly. I also read on my mac, but those are usually books about technology, and I like to do things on the computer that I read about as I am reading. If its for pleasure reading, then I prefer iPad.

I agree with the other poster who suggested that you reset your iPad. It is very easy to do. Just make sure you have saved first, either to the cloud or directly to your computer (through iTunes). If you feel unsure about how to save, or how to do the reset, please let us know. We will be happy to provide easy step by step instructions and help walk you through it.
