Are you sure it is off and not stuck in a sleep state? One way to check is to connect it to your PC as it sits and listen for the USB connect sound. If you hear it, press and hold the power button for about 30 seconds. Also try pressing and holding power while hitting the reset. There should be a little pin hole and you will need to find something to fit into the hole to press it.

Has anyone had trouble with their tablet mine was working fine ,so I thought when I went to bed but when I woke up this morning nothing I thought maybe it needed charge but I really knew that couldn't be but would try that solution first , but it didn't even flicker when put on the charge , I'm still paying for this thing , and of course Jan 31 has past for me to send it back . I was just wondering has anyone else had this problem? I will call QVC and the manufacture later this morning to see what they say. I'm just wondering if there are others out there like this

QVC can't help you. You need to deal with the manufacturer since it's under warranty.
