Just installed NIS 2012 and I can not get the scheduled full scans to work. I set them up OK but it refuses to do them. I read that a lot of people had the same problem. I tried all the suggestions on the Norton community but nothing worked . Any suggestions? I contacted Norton and some dude from India wanted to take over my computer and the DH said no way so here I am .I might have to do it manually but I do not really want to .
