G OT THIS CRAIG DVD PLAYER ... THE SOUND ISNT RIGHT... HAVE TO TURN THE VOL UP TO HEAR IT WITH EAR BUDS..... HAS A HUMMING SOUND AND THE VOL IS WAY DOWN LOW WHEN U TURN IT UP TO HEAR IT THEN THE VOL IS MAXED OUT ANY ONE ELSE HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM

I bought the smaller version of this DVD player...same problems...not only was the screen bad so was the sound...I should have believed the reviews....which complained about the same things...

I guess they didn't improve them from the seven inch screen to the ten inch....sorry that happened to you...and shame on the Q. selling that same bad product...

DH ordered it just before Christmas, but after reading the reviews and the OP's comments, which coincide with the reviews, it's going back unopened.

At least you received yours in time. Mine were not even shipped out until the 24th. The operator said it was not gift item, ummmm, there is a big bow on the box. Go figure. If I ever receive mine I will check out the sound. Ugh.
