Where do I find the code to activate Microsoft word on my new touchscreen computer?

Mine came with the paperwork that came with my computer. Might want to call the vendor who sold it to you.

The software likely shipped separate from the computer. The code will be on a card.

If you purchased a version of Word and it was incorporated into the computer as a part of the deal, all you need to do is go online and register it. They do not do disks anymore.

If your purchase only came with the "free" short-term test version, you will need to decide what you want to do and go the Microsoft's site and purchase the version you want. It will all be online.

They know who you are...

Did you find it? I received the HP Laptop (TSV in late November) as a Christmas gift and my husband and I cannot figure out how to activate Microsoft Office that was supposed to be included in the price he paid.

Can anyone tell me how? We've searched through the box and paperwork multiple times and do not see an activation code. Do you think they forgot to include it?
