    <description>My laptop still shows in China. I am NOT happy about this. It was not made clear that this was going to be delivered late. I dvr'd one of the shows and ran through it to be sure. Contemplating going out to buy in a big box and send this back to Q i'm so angry.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered a HP computer at the end of November and it was a TSV. As of today the computer has not shipped it is hung up in China they are still waiting for clearance papers according to Fedx. I know QVC sold a lot of these computers the day they went on sale so just wanted to mention this in case people bought them for Christmas gifts. The original estimated delivery date I got was 12/12/2014 from Fedx that didn't happen and QVCs date is 12/15/2014 and I doubt that is going to happen. So if you are tracking your orders with a Fedx number watch it closely. I called Qvc customer service about this issue not very helpful at all did not try to help. I am going to try to cancel this and am going to buy the computer else where. &lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I also order my hp computer on 11/29/14 it took a week to ship, with an EDD of 12/12/14. I had no clue it was going to be shipped from China and now it's stuck in custom awaiting clearance since 12/06/14. It was a birthday gift for 12/16/14, and I thought I had ordered it in time. This just put an extra hassle and money for another gift. Custom service had no clue where it was coming from, just a FedEx tracking number. I had to call FedEx myself and they was a little more helpful but still could not do nothing for me. There should be some kind of compensation for missed delivery dates instead of telling me to wait. Worst customer service from QVC don't think I will buy anything else from QVC.</description>

      <description>Every time QVC has a computer TSV we have these subsequent complaints about non-delivery. It's hard to understand why this happens but it seems to be part of the routine.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've only had to call QVC customer service a few times.  With the exception of one time, all have been some of the most rude, hateful, most unwilling to offer ANY type of help/suggestions.  From what I've been exposed to, don't know how anyone could say they are nice, or helpful.  I laugh out loud when I hear hosts talk about the customer service!  I finally returned an item to a vendor once, who apologized for the rude, and poor service from QVC!  LOL&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>If it says 12/15, you may still get it. It's not 12/15 yet, so how do you know it's not going to be delivered on that day? 12/15 is still 10 days before Christmas. Not that I am suggesting that you wait until 12/24 to see if it is still delivered before rushing out to buy a replacement from somewhere else, but a shipping delay of only 3 days (including weekend days) for something coming from overseas is nothing to panic over either.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear some of you are having trouble.  I ordered toward the end of the day and the EDD was 12/15 but was actually delivered earlier than I expected.  I received mine on 12/10, it also shipped from China&lt;/P&gt;</description>
