    <description>&lt;P&gt;My 3-year old MacBook has just started getting very slugglish.  I mainly only use it for websurfing and email.  The pages are starting to hang and I get that little rainbow colored pinwheel constantly.   Is there anything I can do for it, or do I have to take it to the Apple store for a rehaul?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
