    <description>&lt;DIV class="detail_body"&gt; &lt;P&gt;Last month I decided to get a Dell PC....&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I paid the price in Full and waited &amp;amp; waited...&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;then I got an Email this month stating that there is&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;a delay... I received the computer on Saturday 17&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;by FEDEX...&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Out of the box the computer was not working.. I unplugged&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;everything &amp;amp; it turned on...This morning the same thing&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;happened.. I called Dell and after a long wait got a live&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;person who I gave all the pertinent answers to...&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I was transfered from one person to the next... I was on the&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;phone from before Noon until now 4:27 PM (I am waiting)....&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Each time I am transferred they send me to their "Mobil DEPT"&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Then I have to wait again...&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;As I wait a stupid recording is encouraging me to go to Dell's&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Mobil site.. I guess a recording does not understand that the&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;NEW computer is DEAD Nada.. Nothing.. NULL...&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;All I wanted was an exchange... (It is the 72 hours LAW..)&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;But I am done with DELL from HeZZ''''&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;All I want now is a refund...&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Thanks Goodness I have a Laptop..I can use..&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Remember before you buy any computer products..&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;consider their Customer Support.. I am on the phone&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;with them for over 4 hours..&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;It is now 4:43 &amp;amp; I am still waiting...&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt; &lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
